Job Description
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to secure new projects.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical departments, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership and Training: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication throughout the sales process.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
Skills
Educational Requirements or Equivalent:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.
- Arabic speaker Mandatory
Previous Experience Required:
- B2B, B2G, Public sector sales
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the project sales or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Experience in project management methodologies.
Skill and Competencies Required:
- Minimum 10 year of sales experience
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
