Description
The SAS Developer will be responsible for SAS programming, Visual analytical dashboards, data management.
Developing and implementing SAS programs, analyzing data, managing and organizing data sets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in SAS VA and SAS Studio
Experience in data analysis and data modeling
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, or related field
Relevant certifications in SAS or data analytics are a plus
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years
All personal shall have Product owner’s authorized certification and a minimum of four (4) years hands-on experience in SAS. Experience of working with databases like Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server.
SAS Studio (Enterprise) 5.2 or latest
SAS Viya release V.03.05
SAS Coding (PROC Steps, DATA Steps etc)
SAS Visual Analytics (Interactive reports, Interactive Dashboards)
Automation in SAS e.g. Daily Data refresh, Dashboards & Reports
Fluency in spoken and written English including computer related technical terminology.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
Ability to communicate/teach/ transfer knowledge key concepts to less experienced technicians
Proven ability to propose, illustrate, demonstrate and present architectural improvements and new solutions.
Proven ability to analyse system performance and tuning
