360 Communications Leader, managing and executing on external, internal, and customer communications. Working closely with leadership team to understand the needs and priorities of each market, this position is responsible for setting a comprehensive communications strategy and operational plan to support commercial growth, strengthen market positioning and build internal culture.

As a Communications Leader, you will be responsible for:



Sole contributor role.
· Leading external, commercial, and internal communications for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Partnering with leaders across the organization/business segments to align communications activities to strategic objectives. Effective communication with other team members and peers to drive influence to meet objectives.
· Finding the right media, speaking and social media opportunities to position the brand and leadership externally.
· Positioning Baker Hughes brand, maintaining brand reputation and mind share with key customer and stakeholders.
· Leveraging communications to increase customer intensity and creating marcomm collaterals to support commercial activity and growth.
· Identifying and building customer experiences at Baker Hughes proprietary events and industry tradeshows and platforms.
Position Baker Hughes as an energy technology company with key customers, stakeholders and through media (PR and social) activities.
· Building the right culture and employee engagement through executive and functional communications and supporting employee resource groups.
· Leading on internal and external storytelling to show case success stories from respective markets.

Fuel your passion



To be successful in this role you will:



· Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Communications/Marketing/Journalism/Digital Media or any other relevant degree.
Have at least 6 years of experience Corporate Communications, preferably in a B2B setting. Have prior experience in a multinational is preferred.
· Have strong written and oral fluency English and Arabic.
· Have experience in project and event management.
· Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Be able to execute projects professionally with high attention to details.
