Job Description:

Clarusway is a respected technology education and training provider committed to empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the software testing and test automation field. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Onsite Instructor to lead a 14-week training program in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, JDBC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Selenium WebDriver, Maven, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium Grid, Jenkins, and REST API testing.

Position Overview:

As an On-site and online instructor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training and lectures on various software testing and test automation topics. This role is specifically designed for onsite training in Saudi Arabia, and you will play a critical role in ensuring that our students in the region gain a deep understanding of these technologies and can apply them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lectures and Workshops: Conduct engaging and informative onsite lectures and workshops on SQL, JDBC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Selenium WebDriver, Maven, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium Grid, Jenkins, and REST API testing.
2. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our curriculum development team to create, adapt, and enhance training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assignments to suit the specific needs and cultural context of students in Saudi Arabia.
3. Practical Labs: Lead practical hands-on sessions to help students gain valuable hands-on experience using the mentioned technologies and tools in a Saudi Arabian setting.
4. Individual Support: Provide individualized guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and challenges, and ensuring they are adapting the curriculum effectively for the local context.
5. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments and evaluations to measure student progress, and provide constructive feedback, taking into account the unique considerations of students in Saudi Arabia.
6. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and test automation, tailoring the content to meet the specific demands and preferences of students in Saudi Arabia.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the training program meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness, considering cultural and professional nuances in Saudi Arabia.
8. Record Keeping: Maintain records of attendance, student performance, and other relevant data in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with the management team to ensure that training programs align with industry demands and the needs of students in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in software testing and test automation, with in-depth knowledge of SQL, JDBC, STLC, Selenium WebDriver, Maven, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium Grid, Jenkins, and REST API testing.
• An English language proficiency level of at least C1.
• Prior experience as an instructor or trainer, especially in onsite training programs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, taking into account cultural and language considerations in Saudi Arabia.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring in a diverse cultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium) are a plus.
