We are currently searching for a Senior Project Manager for Public Private Partnership (PPP) to join our Riyadh, KSA office. You will manage and implement complex PPP projects across various sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, education, and public services. 

The successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The role requires a strong understanding of the principles and practices of PPPs and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

What will I be doing? 

• Lead and manage the delivery of PPP projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all key milestones are met, and risks are managed effectively.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, lenders, and consultants, to ensure that project objectives are met.
• Identify potential issues and risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all project activities are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including contractors and consultants, to ensure they deliver high-quality work.

What do I need to be successful? 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Significant relevant experience in managing PPP projects, focusing on infrastructure development, construction, or public services.
• Strong understanding of PPP principles and practices, including risk allocation, financial structuring, and contract management.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and engaging with senior government officials and private sector partners.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills
