Job Description

They're looking for a Senior Project Sales to join their team.


Key Accountabilities
  • Utilize existing and past relationships within the interior finishing industry to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for key projects, from initial client engagement and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For someone with the following requirements:


  • 5 to 7 years of experience in managing sales.
  • Having a demonstrated success history in sales of B2B projects specifically in the furniture or interior design industries is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and connections, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
