Client Relationship Management:

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet both company and client objectives.

Work with legal teams to address contractual and compliance-related matters.

Customer Satisfaction:

Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive issue resolution.

Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner to increase customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the achievement of sales, profitability, and cash flow targets locally.

Develop business opportunities and exploit the market potential.

Account management, customer profiling, activity planning and CRM updating.

Guarantee the respect of Managed Services cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance.
