Senior Sales Account Manager - Saudi Nationals Only



Job Description



Client Relationship Management:



Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Sales Strategy and Planning:



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.

Revenue Growth:



Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and propose solutions that align with their goals.
Forecast and track key account metrics to measure and enhance sales performance.

Team Collaboration:



Provide guidance and support to junior account managers and sales representatives.

Contract Negotiation:



Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms and conditions meet both company and client objectives.
Work with legal teams to address contractual and compliance-related matters.

Customer Satisfaction:



Monitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive issue resolution.
Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner to increase customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the achievement of sales, profitability, and cash flow targets locally.
Develop business opportunities and exploit the market potential.
Account management, customer profiling, activity planning and CRM updating.
Guarantee the respect of Managed Services cultural model, company policies and procedures, compliant to Corporate Governance.

Personal Skills



Very good at using MS Office and has suitable typing speed. Excellent organizational skills Very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Good relationship building and excellent team player. Good analytical skills. Fluent in English (Both written and spoken) Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negation skills with a customer service attitude. Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure. Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business.

Technical Skills



• 5+ years of experience in the IT services domain, a similar role in the Cybersecurity industry is an advantage.
• Experience in managing complex deals and selling security services (SIEM, MDR, VAPT & GRC, etc..).
• Highly organized and solution-oriented.
• Strong customer service and account management skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

Education



Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, other related field, or equivalent experience.
