About the job Senior Sales in the Freight Forwarding

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced "Senior Sales" professional to join a Leading Logistics company in the Middle East, in Riyadh's and Jeddah's offices in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Sales representative shall have a proven track record in the freight forwarding industry, drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and expand the company's customer base in the dynamic logistics market of Saudi Arabia.


The successful candidate shall play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives while fostering strong relationships with existing clients.


Sr. Sales Duties and Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector, focusing on key sectors and target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing account potential.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging industry trends, competitive activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business partnerships.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and progress towards targets.
  • Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand industry connections.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to the freight forwarding industry.

Sr. Sales Skills and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets within the freight forwarding industry, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian logistics market, industry trends, and key players.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including customs regulations, international trade, and transportation modes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
