Senior Sales Operation

Overview: Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing order processing cycle practices, ensuring data accuracy, and managing our Sales Operations Specialists.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and capture business requirements to improve order processing cycle to meet business stakeholder expectations (Vendor / Partner / End User).
• Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in Sales Operations involved systems.
• Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making.
• Hire, develop, manage and evaluate a high-performing Sales Operations team.

• Essential Qualifications:
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 Years of related experience in Information Technology
• Distribution market is a must.
• Excellent experience in ERP Systems is a must (SAP Experience Highly Preferred)
• Strong background in Sales Operations or related fields, excellent people management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
