ADMINISTRATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Implementing the
setting goals, initiatives and plans for the department and develop their
execution at the department level.
2- Engaging with
day-to-day activities and operations, including implementation of all policies
and procedures, and recommend potential improvements where appropriate.
FUNCTIONAL
RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Establish, maintain and
operate a well-defined data collection framework for SCA, engaging with local
governmental, international and other organizations to get latest statistics
and reports related to the contracting industry.
2- Engage with Collecting
key information about contractors, and contracting industry, including but not
limited to contractor’s size, current projects (size, type…), pipeline of the
industry as well as other information as needed to develop list of publications
and statistics.
3- Assess contracting
industry’s history, trends, competitors, products, and customer bases to
develop an understanding of the contracting landscape.
4- Maintain a list of key
publications and statistics to be published by SCA that matter to key
stakeholders based on periodic consultations, feedback and analysis of the
market (e.g. market size of contracting industry, performance of all industry
and contractors operating in KSA, etc…).
5- Ensure availability of
Statistics and Publications as part of SCA’s online presence, eventually
transition service as part of SCA’s e-contracting platform.
