Keep abreast of latest Systems Engineering developments and assist in the continuous monitoring, development, and improvement of Systems Engineering practices in the organization.
Writing and dissemination of Systems Engineering procedures and processes
Reviewing and updating of Systems Engineering documentation templates as and when required.
Organization-wide monitoring of Systems Engineering adoption status.
Review of project planning documents in regards Systems Engineering requirements.
Coordination and directing of design reviews on the respective projects.
Training and Mentoring of Systems Engineers as required.
Review and approval of project related Systems Engineering documentation as required.
Project Systems Engineering consultation as and when required.
Auditing of projects in regards Systems Engineering compliance.
Coordination with the Chief Software Systems Engineer to ensure synergy and harmonization between Systems Engineering and SW Systems Engineering processes.
Coordination with Configuration Management Officer (CMO) and Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) to ensure synergetic and harmonized working between Systems Engineering and its supporting services.
