- Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct the interview process, including scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Manage and maintain the recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
