Summary


Supports business operations by providing practical, confidential, and professional administrative support to HR and acting as liaison between the company and government authorities.


Job Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for all government-related matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Monitor and analyze relevant legislation, regulations, and policies impacting the company.
  • Advise management on government affairs and provide guidance.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation, reports, and applications.
  • Represent the company at different Government Authorities & banks if required.
  • Manage government portals Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI etc.
  • Maintain all licenses renewals CR, GOSI, Saudization, TAX etc.
  • Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
  • Manages own workload.
  • Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Vendors to ensure all applications and paperwork related to the local government authorities are executed accurately before due dates.
  • Assist with the insurance (addition/deletion of members, renewal requirements, etc.)
  • Adhere to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within concise notices.
  • Respond effectively to the demands of the businesses, employees, and their families to assist them in all government-related services.
  • Issue company NOC Letters for business travels & salary certificate letters.
  • Accountable for maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support HR Manager in different tasks.
  • Manage and resolve any issues with government agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee records at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with HMH policies and procedures for processing, executing, and delivery of any process or task.

Required Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year University or equivalent.


Experience: At least four years experience in a similar job with solid expertise in government organizations and embassies.


Skills and Abilities:


  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi local laws and regulations, including labor laws.
  • Ability to process different procedures in accordance with local regulations, including immigration processes.
  • Familiarity with government e-services.
  • Demonstrates established skills to perform a range of routine activities.
  • Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.),
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal, organizational & communication skills.
  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure. Organized, systematic, high integrity, and ethical values.
  • Holds a Valid driving license.
