Job Description and Qualifications POSITION SUMMARY The administrative assistant role will be for the NEOM/Duba Site office KSA reporting to Project Manager Power Network NGHP. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage site administration
Manage Car rentals at site
Manage Site events
Manage site expenses
Manage Site accommodation and transport
Manage meetings at site
Organize and schedule appointments for directors if required
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures (visitor & employee guidelines)
Order office supplies and keep inventory management
Maintain contact lists for directors
Book travel arrangements for directors
Submit and reconcile expense reports for directors
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Supervise cleaners /Cars/Drivers
Catering arrangements if required for meetings
SKILLS
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
