JASARA PMC is looking for a subject matter expert (SME) in Civil/Structure to join our dedicated team. JASARA PMC is a prestigious joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, focused on delivering social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. As a SME - Civil/Structure, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in civil and structural engineering, delivering specialized technical solutions. Review project plans, technical documents, and specifications to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Offer guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the civil/structural design deliverables. Conduct detailed technical analysis and evaluation to assess the feasibility and performance of design proposals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in civil and structural engineering. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and other consultants, to resolve complex engineering issues and optimize project outcomes. Provide technical support during the construction phase, resolving any challenges and ensuring adherence to design specifications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a specific focus on building structures. Subject matter expertise in civil and structural engineering, demonstrated through successful project delivery and technical knowledge. Experience working on social infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.* Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification.
