About the role
Be the technical face of Intel's Agentic Platform for customers across Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. As an early-career Solution Customer Success Engineer, you will guide enterprise and government customers from first conversation through successful deployment of agentic AI on Intel hardware - supporting the Kingdom's transformation under Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Strategy for Data and AI (NSDAI).
This role sits at the intersection of engineering and customer engagement. You will run technical demos, design and run proofs of concept, troubleshoot deployments, gather field feedback, and help customers realize value from the platform - all while bridging Arabic-speaking customer teams and Intel's global engineering organization.
What you'll do
• Partner with Saudi and GCC enterprise customers (banking, energy, telecom, public sector) to understand their agentic AI use cases and design solution architectures on Intel hardware
• Run technical demos, workshops, and proofs of concept at customer sites
• Help customers deploy and integrate the Agentic Platform - from initial setup through production rollout - and resolve technical issues alongside the engineering team
• Translate customer requirements, blockers, and feature requests between Arabic-speaking stakeholders and Intel's globally distributed engineering teams
• Produce customer-facing technical content in both Arabic and English: solution briefs, deployment guides, demo scripts, and case studies
• Bring field signal back to the platform team - what's working, what's missing, what would unlock the next wave of adoption
What we're looking for (minimum requirements)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical role - software engineering, solutions / pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or technical support with a strong engineering component
• Comfortable writing and reading code in at least one language (Python, TypeScript, Go, C++, Rust, React, JavaScript) - enough to build a demo, run a script, or read a customer's integration code
• Strong understanding of cloud, Linux, and APIs - able to walk a customer through an integration, debug a deployment, and read logs
• Fluent in both Arabic and English - able to lead a customer meeting, deliver a technical presentation, and write documentation in either language
• Strong communication skills - comfortable presenting to both technical engineers and senior business stakeholders
• Customer-first mindset - patient, curious, and persistent when something goes wrong
• Willingness to travel within the Kingdom and occasionally across the GCC region
Nice to have
• Exposure to AI / ML, LLMs, or agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Anthropic SDKs, Hugging Face)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms with KSA region presence (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments
• Prior customer-facing experience at a technology company, system integrator, or consulting firm operating in the MENA region
