Description
Interface with Service Technician and ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met. Take service technician's orders for parts and fill them as fast as possible.Assist service technicians in determining parts and accessories requirements for individual jobs. Supply cost of parts information on repair orders. Update inventory control system and parts catalog (Issuing/Receiving updating and creating new items). Notify service personnel when special or back ordered parts are received. Maintain cleanliness of parts and accessories. To assist the technician team regarding spare parts issuing and maintain warehouse stock following stock consignment guideline Spare parts inventories. Daily consumption and receiving reports (Keeping an updated list of the spare parts stock Monthly stock reports submission to the Finance department. Monitor consignment stock based on consumption. Spare parts ordering - Following Re-Ordering Level (ROL). Securing warranty for the shipments. Arrange the proper time return and replacement/repair of defective items under warranty. Wrongly ordered or delivered item/s in coordination with the Purchasing Department. Keeping the materials store organized, labeled according to consignment stock policy.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in same filed Organized and dedicated* candidates with short period of notice is preferred
