Role Purpose

To support this ambitious vision, This role is to assist in Strategic Financial Planning for OXAGON and collaborate with various Stakeholders to ensure financial plans are established and executed in alignment with the overall approved OXAGON Strategy, primarily through:


  • Modelling and Analysis
  • Special projects and decision making support

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES



Modelling and Analysis


Working together with different stakeholders to understand their business, and then translate business insights into economic models and analysis that support decision-making.


  • Create, own and operate the financial models for Oxagon. Including Port Operating business, Development and asset management as and when required
  • Prepare analysis, and interpret and present outputs

Decision Support and Special Projects


Assist the Finance team, and broader stakeholders on various ad-hoc projects, including:


  • Providing financial insight and advisory for strategic decision making
  • Updating/contributing to reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing presentation material and supporting corporate activities and business cases
  • Creating and maintaining datarooms
  • Contributing to NEOM’s socio-economic modeling
  • Identifying unmet business needs and developing strategies to address them

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS



Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • At least 5 years of experience in a Financial Analysis / Strategy / Investment or other relevant role
  • Highly analytical with a keen knowledge of financial modeling
  • Strong work ethic, able to handle high-pressure and fast moving environments
  • Proven ability to impact and influence decision making
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the organization, and capable of communicating with senior stakeholders including non-financial managers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing start-up environment

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally qualified accountant or financial analyst certification
