Provides the required support to the Head of Government Relations in the planning, direction, organizing and coordinating the overall activities and functions of the Passport Section to achieve its mission, goals and objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity.
1. Supervises and coordinates the administrative functions and the daily operations of the Passport Section. Develops works assignments and establishes work priorities and ensures a smooth transition of work between the various functions of the section. Prepare and submits relevant periodical clear and concise reports.
2. Assists in the development, implementation, monitoring and updating of the Passport Section goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
3. Interprets Government’s and Hospital’s policies and procedures for the section, trains subordinates, reviews quality of work being completed. Evaluates and audits employee’s productivity.
4. Responds to employee’s issues and helps to build team morale and cohesiveness. Effectively communicates with all subordinates and takes initiative in addressing procedure revisions, personnel issues, and workflow problems.
5. Supervises all processes related to new/renewal of Residence Permits, replacement of lost/damaged Residence Permits, Exit & Re-Entry/Visitor Visas, Exit-Only Visas, Birth Certificates for Hospital employees, Transfer of Passport information from old/cancelled passport to a new one. Certification of Departure, transfer of sponsorship, new/renewal of passports of Saudi employees, services to foreign embassies.
6. Ensures proper logging, safekeeping and maintenance of all passports received, and the issuance and renewal of residence permits as required.
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline is required.
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s, or five (5) years with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
