The project:
MACE has been appointed to partner on a new project focusing on the events industry in the Kingdom and build cutting-edge venues to host world-class events in the culture, entertainment, tourism, and sports sectors. Venues will include indoor arenas, art galleries, theatre’s, and conference centres, horse-racing tracks, and motor racing tracks.
It will develop 35 unique world class venues across the Kingdom, to facilitate the successful delivery for the ambitious national events calendar.

Job Summary:
Provides effective administrative support to senior team.
Effectively manages administration and day to day operation needs.
You’ll be responsible for:
Supports on-boarding process for new employees.
Co-ordinate IT requirements for team.
Records holiday/sick leave.
Maintains accurate filing and archiving systems in accordance with QA procedures.
Co-ordinate phone calls & correspondence (e-mail and letters etc.).
Organises internal meetings/booking of meeting rooms.
Manages multiple diaries and emails on behalf of director(s) and senior team.
Ensure meetings are planned, organised and accurate actions/minutes are recorded.
Produces highly accurate documents in line with templates and quality requirements e.g. presentations, minutes, and reports.
Organises events/workshops.
You’ll need to have:
Experience in an administration capacity previous.
