Team Leader - NEOM

Job Purpose

Rentokil Boecker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of service technicians,
• Ensure the delivery of excellent service to clients,
• Provide training and support to team members,
• Monitor and evaluate team performance,
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency,
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any issues or concerns,
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,
• Conduct regular meetings and communicate effectively with team members,
• Manage resources and allocate tasks effectively,
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes as needed.
