Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments & ensuring all Sales staff have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings & sales appointments, obtaining missing information & following up with customers about their order status.

Communicating new products & offers to relevant customers list.

Receiving & processing Quotations / Purchase orders.

Verifying orders, including customers' personal information & payment details.

Checking orders to ensure it has the correct prices, discounts, product numbers & delivery dates.

Maintaining & updating sales & customer records.

Compiling regular sales reports for their respective region/team & managing sales tracking tools.

Expediting orders through internal liaison with the Supply Chain.

Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

Compiling list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, & providing sales data & guides to the sales department.

Conducting customer satisfaction reports and market analysis reports.
-
Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, & providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, & other problems.

Handling administrative duties for the company & its executives & management teams.
-
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Proven work experience as a Tele Sales Representative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
