Job Brief: 
Your main responsibility is to lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Also providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets. You will monitor their performance, conduct regular team meetings, and provide feedback on their progress.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Monitoring sales performance: You will be responsible for monitoring the sales performance of your team, analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Training and development: You will be responsible for identifying the training needs of your team members and providing them with the necessary training and development opportunities to improve their skills and performance.
  • Customer relationship management: You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring that your team provides excellent customer service, and resolving any customer issues or complaints.
  • Reporting: You will be responsible for compiling and submitting regular reports on your team's performance, including sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends: You will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce industry, including new products, technologies, and sales techniques, and incorporating them into your team's sales strategies.

Who are you:


  • 3+ years of team leading experience (or equivalent) preferably in the logistics, tech or e-commerce industry.
  • Previous Experience in Gulf Area.
  • Strong leadership skills; ability to coach and motivate
  • Willingness and ability to make independent decisions
  • Strong integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people and confidential information
  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer-service attitude and ability to build and cultivate strong client relationships
  • A proactive, organized person.
  • Experience in a results driven environment.
