Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tenant Relations & Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operational aspects of our events. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects, from managing tenant relationships to overseeing on-site operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Responsibilities:


1. Tenant Relations:


   - Act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors and tenants, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and communication.


   - Provide guidance and support to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the event planning and execution process.


   - Enforce company policies and guidelines, ensuring tenants adhere to contractual agreements and operational protocols.


2. Operations Management:


   - Oversee all operational aspects of events, including vendor coordination, site preparation, and logistics management.


   - Develop comprehensive event plans and timelines, allocating resources effectively to meet project objectives within budget constraints.


   - Supervise on-site staff and contractors, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.


   - Recruit, train, and manage on-site teams, including event staff and volunteers, to ensure adequate coverage and seamless execution of tasks.


   - Create and manage team shifts, scheduling personnel according to event requirements and staffing needs.


3. Logistics Coordination:


   - Coordinate logistics for events, including but not limited to venue setup, signage placement, and equipment rentals.


   - Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources and services, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.


   - Implement crowd control measures and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for all event attendees.


4. Financial Management:


   - Manage event budgets, tracking CAPEX expenses 


   - Forecast and analyze operational expenses, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement.


   - Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review, providing insights and recommendations for future planning.


5. Continuous Improvement:


   - Conduct post-event evaluations and debriefings, gathering feedback from tenants, exhibitors, and other stakeholders to assess event performance.


   - Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall event experience and operational efficiency.


   - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas and technologies into event planning and execution processes.




RequirementsQualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.


- Proven experience in event operations and tenant relations, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role within the events industry.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.


- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.


- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.


- Sound knowledge of safety regulations and crowd management techniques, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all event attendees.


- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
