Job Description
Job Purpose / Objective
Provide training needs and education on technology and technical systems to E-Medical Records staff and execute daily procedures and operations at Training Centre and in projects with regard to presentations, workshops, training activities and programs.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Supervise the overall activities and management of operations including but not limited to conduct sessions and expansion of Medical Records.
- Prepare Medical Records lessons and the materials needed. Review and update these lessons and training materials as and when required.
- Maintain the database of Medical records courses and communicate with training coordinators about attendance.
- Prepare and deliver Soft skill presentations.
- Oversee the registration process and select applicants for the Medical Records courses.
- Ensure all selected employees must complete all registration formalities and pass the placement test.
- Prepare short-term and long-term training schedules utilizing a database for scheduling and tracking progress of participants to ensure that the learning objectives are being met while checking for compliance and completion of all requirements for assigned personnel.
- Prepare new training concepts and services review, constantly update and modify the content of the orientation courses in accordance with the needs of the organization.
- Research and develop soft skills topics that meet the needs and requirements of the HMG.
- Create presentations as well as activities based on the HMG needs assessment.
- Cooperate with Department managers to define all necessary training needs for staff training and development.
- Provide appropriate feedback and maintain records of trainees’ progress and development.
- Develop performance-based training programs and implement training programs to support employee and department needs, and evaluate training programs.
- Provide training and orientation to new hire.
- Support the department activities in coordination with relevant section and department.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity
- Perform other applicable task and assigned duties that fall within the capacity of existing knowledge, skills and abilities.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, training/organizational development, management information system, computer science, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum Five (5) years of relevant experience.
