UI/UX DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Design user interfaces and interactive elements for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and design best practices.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.



QUALIFICATION:

• Proficiency in designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for data-centric applications
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)
• Experience in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision). 
• Knowledge of front-end development is a plus. 
• Knowledge of Palantir Foundry and AIP app development is preferred. 
• Experience with Javascript and Typescript UX frameworks (vuejs, react, etc) is a plus. 
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, Quik is a plus.
