Job Context:The Unit Sales Managerprofitably grows the sales volume of the unit through developing customer agreements and management of sales operations in the assigned geographical territory
Key Accountabilities- Cascade annual targets to territories, review achievements weekly, and adjust objectives based on actual sales data
- Obtain approval for credit limit needs to facilitate plan achievement.
- Build relationships with key customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to pricing strategy.
- Prepare and obtain approvals for monthly Sales Development Objectives (SDOs) within the unit.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and address issues with Territory Development Supervisors.
- Manage cooler distribution and ensure compliance with Customer Development Agreements (CDAs).
- Conduct quarterly routing to optimize productivity and customer service.
- Perform market visits, spot checks, and report competitor activities to coordinate corrective measures.
- Participate in project implementations for continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop subordinates to meet business objectives.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in FMCG with 3 years in a Supervisory position with a distribution background.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Very good communication skills
