Warehouse In Charge

Warehouse in charge responsibilities:

• Analyze shipment logs
• Manage the warehousing and storage of all materials
• Supervise the delivery of materials to the branches upon schedule /or request emergency deliveries if needed
• Review timeliness and manage deliveries according to schedule
• Track inventory levels Maintain the inventory of supplies coordinate the replacement and ordering of such
• Cleaning of the warehouse including waste disposal of packaging materials. Develop cleaning schedule
• keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• Ensuring that stock such as dairy and food are stored safely
• Order new supplies in a timely manner
• Constantly work to improve processes
• Make suggestions for productivity improvements
• Determine and track the most important warehouse KPIs
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers
• Track expenses related to the warehouse
• Regular reporting to Line Managers and/or Director on work status
• Responsibility to complete any work or task of the establishment within the deadlines assigned by your line managers
• Make sure all products are available and in stock
• Coordinate with suppliers
• Dispatch of materials to the branches and arranging the stocks as per requirement of the branches
• Send the reports with in the timeline
• Coordinating with the suppliers to ensure you receive the stocks before it’s over in Warehouse.
• Maintain the FIFO to ensure no damages are wastages occur
• Coordinating with the drivers to ensure delivery reaches on time to the branches
• Preparing the weekly and monthly orders according to the forecast
• Keeping the records of assets/Machines
