NEOM Land Mobility is implementing the first truly sustainable and seamlessly connected mobility system powered by 100% renewable energy, deploying zero-emission vehicles across all urban and regional mobility modes. We are shaping the future of mobility by closely integrating smart infrastructure and advanced transit systems with active, shared, and autonomous mobility solutions to overcome the adverse legacy of the car-centric city. Working with a range of innovation partners, we have initiated shared electric mobility services, autonomous shuttles, electric vessels, eVTOLs, delivery drones, and solar-powered mobility hubs.

Reporting to the Fleet & Operations Manager, the Water Mobility Station Professional will provide comprehensive operational oversight of all NEOM owned Water Mobility stations. The role will focus on the effective delivery of NEOM water mobility station services to the passengers of water mobility vessels. The Station Professional shall ensure the smooth operation, management, and readiness of the water mobility station for welcoming the passengers and embarking safely to the vessels

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Water mobility stations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and coordinate service provider, staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor and ensure corrective and preventive maintenance of the marina facilities is executed
• Ensuring they meet safety and cleanliness standards in the marine stations at all time.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and other services as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Highly developed creative thinking, problem-solving, research, analytical, oral and written communication skills required
• Expertise Marina Management
• Experience with managing planned preventative maintenance systems for infrastructure
• Familiarity with rules and regulations regarding environment and heritage protection
• Specific examples of work and project experience in the Middle East region is an advantage, with experience in Saudi Arabia strongly preferred
• High-level communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with a diverse set of professional disciplines, partners and stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with marine vessels, equipment and maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in marina management or a similar role.
• Complete fluency in English is required
• Complete fluency in Arabic and other languages will be an advantage
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), with knowledge in other presentational and organizational products or multi-media tools being an advantage
