Our client is aleading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working in telecommunications, and they operatein three lines of business, from distribution and retail to after-sales services.


The Wholesale Supervisorwill lead the area sales team towards achieving sales & distribution targets, by implementing a sales strategy, allocating objectives to sales reps, ensuring controls are in place, monitoring pricing, and increasing market share in their own area in order to maximize the company's competitive position in the market.


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  1. Supports the manager in appraising the sales team. Assist the manager in the implementation of people management processes to ensure the management team is fully competent to perform their job roles.
  2. Daily visits to customers based on his routes.
  3. Follow customers’ targets and achievements with vendors.
  4. Follow daily closings with the team.
  5. Review stocks from all models daily to order the shortage items.
  6. Check bank deposits for payment confirmation with finance.
  7. Follow customer credit documents and deliver them to the legal department.
  8. Follow incentives with our team to deliver to our customers and stamp.
  9. Finalize any defective devices or maintenance issues with customers according to our policy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma.
  • 5-7 years’ sales experience in a telecom or FMCG environment, including frontline & supervisory experience with a large organization.
  • Excellent English and fluent Arabic.
  • Profession in Microsoft skills (Excel, Word).
