Role Purpose
- Manages organizational and workforce data, structures and information
- Provides advice on workforce and organizational data management approaches, options and solutions to enable clients to build, develop and sustain their workforce information and draw insights with which to make decisions
- Identifies and makes recommendations to improve workforce insights
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short, medium and long term responses to workforce data and information challenges including initiatives that integrate with other HR and human capital processes;
- Manage and continually improve workforce and organizational data, processes, systems, methods and approaches to ensure accurate information and insights;
- Manage and govern the accuracy, completeness and relevance of workforce data, systems, information and insights to inform decision making;
- Identify opportunities to improve workforce data and insights to improve problem solving, strategy development, organizational performance and risk management;
- Identify and contribute to opportunities to align workforce and organizational information with other data sets such as financial and business planning to improve resource management;
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across NEOM;
- Contribute to other HR related strategies and projects by providing workforce planning related advice;
- Interpret and provide advice on organizational and workforce information policies and processes;
- Undertake other projects and duties as determined by management in the Human Resources department;
- Manage the development of organization wide controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of all workforce information used for reporting;
- Maintain and update appropriate policies and procedures to ensure they are relevant;
- Maintain fair, ethical and professional work practices in accordance with NEOM’s values and code of conduct;
- Work closely and coordinate with others in the organization to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy of the workforce records
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- Experience in managing organizational and/or workforce data and systems
- Expertise in workforce information management, analytics and reporting
- Experience in tailoring data management and/or reporting solutions to meet varied needs
- Experience in, or the ability to develop, the ability to tailor solutions to different industry needs
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written), negotiate and liaise at all levels within the organization;
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Human resources, Business Administration, Data, Information Management or related field/s
