- Knows the Service Department strategies, goals, and guidelines and can effectively interpret and convert them for the work area.
- Comply with Daimler Workshop Process, Warranty Regulations & JIPCO Policies & Service Department SOPs.
- Meeting Sold Hours Targets for all technicians in the workshop.
- Contributing to improving after-sales services (Upselling) and increasing productivity of all technical staff. Assist with training needs analysis. Job allocation to match skill set.
- Workshop Operations & asset management – Housekeeping, Tools, and Equipment, Xentry updates, Security.
- Maximizing all Direct Staff productivity, efficiency & effectiveness.
- Ensure Fixed to First Visit at Maximum Rate through quality workmanship of all direct staff.
- Education & / or Field of Expertise: Mechanical engineering.
- Skills: Time Management, Delegation Skills, Prioritization, Working Under Pressure for Long Hours, Good communication & computer literacy, and Proactive behavior.
- Language Skills: English, Arabic (Decent Level).
- Experience/s: Minimum 3 years in Workshop Floor Coordination Function Preferably in Commercial Vehicle Aftersales Services with a minimum of 20 Technicians
