30. Javad TaghaviMy point of view, the idea of assessment is very wonderful, because everybody has at least 10 minutes during a day to spend for this assessment but, learn to much. In the other hand, with 10 minutes off, you can learn as much 2 hours trading course.

Mujtaba Ahmed Elzeinانا من الذين يأيدون إن القيادة من الخصاصئص التي اختص الله بعضنا عن بعض ولا أميل إلي موقولة ان القائد يمكن ان يصنع لذلك اري ان نموزج الامتحان هذا يركز علي التدريب ويصوره علي انه الحل لذيادة القادة ولكن الذي يحدث ان الدورات التدريبية ترفع مستوي المهارات ولكن عند الظروف السئية كالانفعالات السالبة نجد ان الجميع يتصرف بطبيعته وينسي كل المهارات وهنا تظهر الموهبة والقدرات والصفات الفطرية

However, due to some technical reasons on the page I could not select the choice of "all of the above" which i did consider the right answer in question 9 and 10. The management needs to check the fault as to why one cannot select this option.
