About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist position to join our Spa Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Welcome guests to the spa, manage reservations and ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
• Provide information about treatments, facilities and wellness programs while actively promoting spa services and products.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, escalating matters to the Spa Director when necessary.
• Support daily spa operations, ensuring procedures are followed according to Jumeirah service standards.
   

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Experience with the Opera PMS system and Microsoft Office Package
• Excellent level of English 
• Effective organizational skills: able to prioritize tasks and self-manage a demanding workload.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional
