And for these things you have to be available24x7 on mobile or if possible sometimes physical.

But you work will never be praise.

You will never get bonuses same or higher like Sales & Production Team.
Though you are the most needed person in the company.
And also one thing i forget to add.. you are the most needed person for accounts.
