What are the three bad words in negotiations?

#1 OR " Reduce your price OR your margins" by including the word OR , you've made it easy to the supplier to resist your negotiation #2 CAN " Can you lower your price? " it gives the supplier all the power to simply say "NO" #3 BEST " your price is too high , please quote your BEST price" the BEST price in the mind of the supplier will not likely be the BEST price in your mind

Ain't bad words because:

#1 OR: you may refer to an alternative in such a way to "drive" the person infront of you accept and agree to your side of view

#2 CAN: it depends whether the word "can" is used by you or the other side. It is useful to say "I can" It gives strength to what you say sometimes.

#3 BEST: I have to agree, that this word is usually forbidden during negotiations
