If you see the HTML5 roadmap @ http://dev.w3.org/html5/decision-policy/html5-2014-plan.html, you can see HTML5 will be done in2014 Q4 and whatever remains would go into HTML5.1 along with new features.
HTML5.1 CR deadline is in2016.

Kindly contribute to the W3C community by any mean, i.e. testing features, proposals etc. there is still lot to do and that' can't be done without the help from our development community.
