1-You have to get an enough experience from training cycles that you must joining it as soon as possible but on condition it must be within your specialization .
2- Follow up an ads from webs or TV or newspapers because some companies hires a new graduates with low salaries.
Join any organization as a trainee and then prove yourself that you can benefit that organization a lot, then either you will be absorbed as permanent employee or shortlisted for future recruitments. I think this is the best way. I don't know much more about it because I didn't faced it. After completing my university courses I applied in a consultancy for trainee engineer but selected as a field engineer without experience because of awards got in university.
I got my1st job as a trainee engineer.
