i will use my case as an example, when i go my safety cert. i had no place to work because all the employers wanted someone with experience, i had to work for free for4months in a construction firm in other to get experience, so getting the experience is not thet hard,i think it has to do more with your sacrifice  and passion and also your zeal to work, working for free to gain experiance should not be a big deal,

Mashallah Thank you for reply, till now there is no use for me from IGC Nebosh and OSHA, Inshallah trying my level best to grap the opportunity............Thanks and Regards

I'm not100% on what your trying to say but I think your saying, safety is no place for there unexperinced, what is like for new people fresh out of class in health and safety what are they to do with there new certifications in safety management ? Well that's easy! Safety is for men and wemen with experience and time under there belts as for someone new toy don't just jump into the position you kind of need transition into it I started on the ground level doing the actual hard work and being safety concussion moving up to more of safety coordinator under the guidance of someone I believed was very good in hse to and emergency responder position ( how treat people that had accidents ) then with time you come to realize what is safe and what isn't from there with more time you into a supervisor position and eventually on to management.
So the beat answer for someone new is start out on the ground level doing the work slowly moving up to the position you desire safety takes time and with time comes wisdom we all know this, and the big mistake in safety is people who rush and take shortcuts.
So take your time my friend so the best answer I can give you.
By the way how is that nebosh certification helping you in your career I was thinking of taking my Igc and iosh ms next week is it worth it?

The entire of employers want their employee, competent which is the requirement of the time also because of complicate works i.e. complex chemical reactions, high pressure, high vacuum, high rise buildings etc. Competence required knowledge of the relevant discipline, abilities to perform the job, trainings of the required fields and relevant experience which gains by learning and by work. So, if we want to start job in any discipline, we have to start from the bottom. For example, if I want to work as a safety engineer, then I have to give a bit time to get the knowledge, abilities, trainings and finally experience.
