 First of all you should collect your information regarding the microwave link such as: Site Survey.
- To collect both sits A&B Coordinates.
- Make sure the LOS is clear no any obstacles.
- Depending on distance, and link capacity (Mb/s) you should decide which frequency, modulation and antenna size you are going to use to avoid any microwave problem such as fading, interference etc…  You should Managed microwave frequency resources to get the optimum utilization and avoiding interference.
 With the narrow band width of microwaves, you need to have two antenna with similar shaped .
These must have true line of sight (LOS) and must be directly aimed at each other (polarization) .
All out put info above depending on technical design by using many application and methods such as Path loss V4,V5.
