Actually the answer for this question will keep of differing on case to case basis, first excuse (a) "he is lucky" is not acceptable at all as there is nothing called luck in the business. So the answer depending on case to case can either be (b), (c) or (d), and you may add option (f) which should read "he personally knows and is related to many traders in the market"

If your colleagues are getting more sales than you should look at these things.

1-Never compare yourself with anyone in this world if you are doing so you are insulting yourself.

2-analyse your territory,customers,work on basics rather than wasting your time in analysing why he is doing good its better to look at where I stand in front of my customers.

3-Friends sales is a process the work that you do today will fetch you returns tomorrow .Keep on playing on your strength,focus on important customers And try and become a winner in your team.

4-always remember if your basic job is not proper you will keep on falling short of your budgets.

5-Please don't change company it's always better to move out with your head high than to quit as a failure in sales.

6-Last but not the least if you want to regain the lost glory give a tough time to your competitors and become a sales champion.
