Are 3 years experience in computer networking with CCNA certification not sufficient to get job?

i am muhammad faisal Chishti i have3 years working experience in Abu Dhabi. i have also CCNA certification. i am looking job last6 months but the result is zero.

CCNA right now is like ICDL (International Computer Driving License ) course, as I am working in the network field CCNPs people not finding jobs easily, I am CCIE written Voice with experience more than2 years and I am not finding a job, my recommendation is, you have to have at least CCNP in any field (R&S, Voice, Security, Data Center, Wireless).
