What is the scope for a fresher MBA (UK) marketing, with hotel management background, to get a work permit in the Middle East countries?

My medium of education English through out , and Hotel Management degree (India ) was under Huddersfield University , UK

Dude, an mba in marketing with a hospitality back ground, I think you can easily get a marketing job in the hospitality field in the Mena specially the gcc, check the vacancies on Bayt.com and also search for the top hotels in the region and create a profile on the career websites.
