this  type the initial setting time  by BS915-2:1972 (1983) as between2 and6 hours typical values for this type are initial set at2,1/2  hours and final set at30 minutes therefore slow setting but final set follows the initial set more rapidly then is the case in Portland cement. i choice  b) lower initial setting time but higher final setting time

Answer is A.  This type of cement is slow-setting. The initial setting time is2 to6 hours although final setting takes place approximately2 hours after initial set.
