Dear Mr. Mohammad,

Here are my thoughts,

Maybe your resume needs fixing to make it stand out. many employers don't have the time to look at each and every CV they receive per job opening. So, polish your resume and make it look attractive.

Make sure you keep updating your CV as you go.

While looking for a job try to do something that you could add to your resume so you don't leave a long gap in your CV. Example, Learn a new skill , a new language, volunteer, or even work a small job till you get the job you want.

And one major thing that will for sure put your CV with the top is to make sure you follow up with the company after you submit your CV. they want people that care and really want the job. So, call them, send them an email, and call again. show them that you really want the job more than any other candidate.

Be prepared and learn about the company in case they contact you for an interview. show them that you are interested and you have done your homework learning about their company and what they are all about.

Best of luck,

CV is the last as attraction for jobs, most HR recuiters are theoretical in their selection and are not practical, so CV is a minor player in getting a job.
Most of HR specialists in our region are blind and judge people without eeting even calling them for an interview.
