I think flow chart, ERD, ERP and system design courses in addition to maths and some statistics analysis skills that can be applied within dynamic robust computer programming that fully equipped with skills gained in university degree in computer science with at least70% Cum.avg and over as well as smart in his specialized field.

This is a practical work, if you open a small business, it will also be small in the account, but if you move your business forward, then the account will increase, so in my opinion, more than a practical mind is counted. Yes, more than a theory person learns more in his business.
