As customer service manager/Team leader, what are the tools you use to motivate your team in order to offer the best service to the customer? The best for team motivation is money, maybe extra money added for meeting extra targets. Money is the reason most employees stays in an organisation and also produce the best. Again security at work like medical aid, as compared to other employers. Also you need to give extra training to your personnel team so that they will produce better or good working results. They also needed to be complimented when doing the best at work, promotions, also being awarded for best workers. All these motivates your working team. You also need to create extra curricular environment like organizational outings, games, trips, etc that makes the workers to feel as a family, important and getting to know each other personally and this promotes more on team work and good communication within the workers

Definitely to lead by example but also the best motivator is having an open door policy where your employees feel comfortable talking to you with any problems they might have.
Also i found is to help employees budget their money and manage their time.
Also doing contests especially cash contests...Cash is king.
