D Intelligence tests explore alertness, comprehension and reasoning abilities of applicants. (a) Work sampling tests are a means of measuring practical ability of the candidate on a specific job. (b) Knowledge tests evaluate the applicant’s knowledge about the company, its competitors and customers, its products, the target market and the like. (c) Personality tests are means of measuring characteristics such as patterns of thoughts, feelings etc., of an individual. (e) Performance tests are same as work sampling tests.
