What are the current strategies/procedures being used in the transportation industry to cater to customer needs and customer satisfaction?

E.g - Some Hotels have tied up with Limousines Services so as to give their High Network Customer the option of driving in Luxury and Style with no additional Cost. Do you know of any such strategies employed by the Transportation Industry (Road, Air, Sea)?

Dear Amal, In my openion I think answering this question will be debend on difrent strategies, but all of this strategies flow in country economy for example if we look to Middel East thay look for Luxury car with full option special Air conditions for hot weather, In Europ they look for economic car cars more special after economic situation etc..... 
So each company should look for her clients and marketing needs by making different and usual survey for each market which will be helpful and increase selling.
